Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Police are searching for a teen who disappeared from northwest Las Vegas on Thursday morning.

15-year-old Illiana Zamora was last seen at about 5 a.m. near Farm Road and Fort Apache. She was wearing a black tank top and gray sweat pants.

Zamora is described as a hispanic female with 4-feet 9-inches tall, 99 pounds with a medium complexion, red hair and brown eyes.

Police say she may be in need of immediate medical help.

Anyone with information on Illiana's whereabouts is asked to call Metro at 828-3111 or 828-2907.

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) - A 15-year-old girl who went missing early Thursday morning may be in need of immediate medical assistance, according to Las Vegas Metro police.

Illiana Zamora was last seen at about 5 a.m. in the area of Farm and Fort Apache roads. She was wearing a black tank top and grey sweat pants, police said.
