At-risk sisters missing from Stockton foster home

STOCKTON, CA - Two sisters ran away from their foster home Friday night.

Karisma Ramirez, 14, and Tiers Ramirez, 4, fled from their Stockton foster home between 9 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday, Stockton police said.

Both girls are at risk due to medical conditions and their age.

Police said the girls were upset about being in foster care.

Karisma is described as a Hispanic girl with a light complexion about 5'2" tall, weighing 80 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Tiers is described as a Hispanice girl with a light complexion about 3-feet tall, weighing 30 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
