Mother searches for pregnant teen UPDATED 12:13 AM EDT Jun 30, 2012 Mother searches for pregnant teen TITUSVILLE, Fla. - A Titusville mother is looking for her missing pregnant daughter Friday. Lori Ray-Buonocore said she hasn't seen her daughter, Kim Strizelka, 14, since Wednesday morning. Buonocore said she spoke to her daughter on the phone Friday evening, and the phone number her daughter called from traced back to Maryland. Buonocore said she didn't know why her daughter would go there. Titusville police were also searching for Strizelka and said she could be in danger. Police said Strizelka is four months pregnant and likely with the child's father, Cole Jenkins, 15. Police said Jenkins has had suicidal tendencies and has not taken his medication in days. Buonocore said she is going to drive to Maryland to look for her daughter, even though police cannot say for sure that she is there. "I'm going to find where they are, and if (police) pick her up before that, I'll stop. If they don't, then I'll get there and I'll keep driving and looking around," Buonocore said. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Titusville Police Department at 321-264-7800. www.wesh.com/news/central-florida/Mother-searches-for-pregnant-teen/-/11788162/15357504/-/njg6n9/-/index.html#ixzz1zIufvNAJ

Pregnant Titusville teen and boyfriend found safe in Maryland 2:15 PM, Jun 30, 2012 A pregnant Titusville girl and her boyfriend, who were reported missing Thursday, have been found safe in Maryland, officials report. Kimberly Ruth Strizelka, 14, and Cole Jenkins, 15, were found this morning at a Travelodge motel in Aberdeen, Md., Sgt. Richard Clark of the Aberdeen Police Department said. Aberdeen is northeast of Baltimore, Md. The girl called her parents last night from a payphone, and her stepfather, a former police officer, traced the number, Clark said. Kimberly’s stepfather and mother drove to Maryland to pick up the children today. “They are healthy and they’re safe,” Clark said. “They are in route to Florida at this time.” Kimberly is four months pregnant. Officials said the duo was apparently trying to run away together. Michael Mitchell, a staffer at the motel, said they checked in Friday. www.floridatoday.com/article/20120630/NEWS01/120630004
