PUNXSUTAWNEY - Punxsutawney-based state police are asking for your help in locating a missing teen. Forteen-year-old Karley Bletz of Mohney Road in Perry Township, Jefferson County reportedly ran away from home late Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.

Bletz is 5'1'' tall and 140 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. Anyone who has seen 14-year-old Karley Bletz or knows of her whereabouts is asked to contact state police in Punxsy.

Missing teen, man found in Illinois

Police and U.S. Marshals tell 6 News the missing Jefferson County teen and the man identified as a sex offender were located in Mount Morris, Illinois.

The mother of 14-year-old Karley Bletz reported her daughter disappeared last week. She said she believed her daughter was with 38-year-old Donald Guthrie.

Guthrie is a registered sex offender and failed to show up for a court appearance last week in Lycoming County.

Bletz's mother told 6 News on Monday that she knew her daughter had been texting Guthrie, but she tried to stop it.

Bletz and Guthrie were located Wednesday afternoon. The details surrounding the capture of Guthrie were not released right away.

Earlier on Wednesday, police in Hughesville, Pa. said Guthrie was a suspect in a bank robbery there late last month.

Surveillance video of a robbery at the First National Bank in Hughesville Borough shows who police believe to be Guthrie.

Guthrie was recently charged with indecent assault of minors and unlawful contact with minors relating to sexual offenses and child pornography.
