14-year-old runaway agreed to meet boy from Instagram

ATLANTA -Police say a 14-year-old girl may have run away from her northwest Atlanta home since Monday afternoon. Police discovered she'd agreed to meet in person a 14-year-old boy who she'd met on Instagram.
The mother told police she last saw her daughter – 14-year-old Beverly Knepper – sitting on the front steps of their home in the 500 block of Orme Circle about 2 p.m. Monday.
Beverly's mother says her daughter had an argument with her and her father on Sunday night.
On the phone, police spoke with the 14-year-old boy who Beverly met on Instagram. He told them he'd planned to meet the teen at Piedmont Park at 4 p.m. Monday, but was unable to do it.
According to her mother, Beverly is diagnosed with ADHD and PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorder. She isn't currently taking medication for either, authorities said.
Beverly, a Hispanic female, was last seen wearing yellow shorts, a white shirt, brown socks and white shoes. She is five feet, two inches tall and weighs about 112 lbs.
Anyone who sees her or has information concerning her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or their local police department.
