Greenwich Police Seek Help Locating Missing 15-Year-Old Girl

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich police say they have exhausted all leads and are now turning to the public to help locate 15-year-old Valeria Rosero, who has been missing since Friday.

Police do not have a description of what she was last wearing, and she reportedly does not have a cellphone with her. Rosero was visiting friends over the weekend and did not return home, according to police.

Rosero may have been spotted getting onto a train Tuesday evening, police said. It is not know which direction the train was heading.

Anyone with information regarding Rosero's whereabouts is asked to call the Greenwich Police 24-hour hotline at 203-622-8003 or Detective Manning at 203-822-8030.

Greenwich Police are searching for a missing teen.

Valeria Rosero, 15, was last seen at home at approximately 5 p.m. Friday. She was visiting friends over the weekend in Greenwich and has not returned home.

Rosero has brown eyes and brown hair, is 5’1″ tall and approximately 130 pounds. Police were not given a clothing description or cell phone number for her.

She may have been seen getting on a train Tuesday evening, direction unknown.

Anyone who has information about Rosero’s whereabouts, or believes they have seen her are asked to call the Greenwich Police Department Detective Division at 203-622-8030 or 203-622-8003.

Greenwich Police say the 15-year-old Greenwich girl who had been reported missing since July 19 "has been located safe and sound," according to a statement issued by Greenwich Police at 3:45 p.m. Police did not release further details.
